Tomorrow Is Yesterday

I’m a smoky nightclub kind of bloke. Big concert events never held much allure for me. Stadiums are for bloodsports and mock naval battles, not music. But the prospect of seeing my favorite virtual rock band “live” on stage in 3D animated glory might just be the thing to bring me out with tens of thousands of my closest friends.

Gorillaz aren’t planning to hit the States with their magical mystery tour until 2007, but a few lucky folks back in the Old Country have been treated to a beta test. The Times explains how Murdoch and the lads pulled it off with a little 19th century hocus pocus:
